We recommend attending all three days for all our training seminars. Click on the seminar city of your choice below to register your hospital and pay online.  For those hospitals that would like to print a registration form and pay by mailed company check, the link to a generic Registration Form is to the left.
If your veterinary hospital is interested in an onsite Avimark training visit to help take your practice further with the Avimark system, please check Dr. Schmitz's Calendar for possible dates. Currently we are booking onsite training visits 1 - 2 months out in advance. Sometimes we can accommodate your hospital earlier, so be sure and contact us to be sure!  To accomplish the most during your hospital's Avimark training and setup assistance, we highly recommend hospital onsite visits of 4 - 5 days (or more) in length.  Save on travel costs by having Dr. Schmitz onsite the right amount of time.

Cancellation Policy You may cancel your registration to any of our Seminars up to 10 days before the Seminar.  Your registration will be refunded, less a $25.00 service charge, per person, per day canceled.  If you need to cancel less than 5 days prior to the Seminar, you may:  1) send a substitute from your practice or 2) transfer registration fees to another Clinicworks Avimark Training Seminar of your choice within 12 months.

Clinicworks will be holding most, if not all, Regional Avimark & Computer Training Seminars at various Hotel locations, from coast to coast.  Firm dates and hotel locations will be announced regularly and posted here as they become available!  Check back to our web site often for updates or email Dr. Schmitz with your questions.
