Who is Clinicworks?

Dr. Paul Schmitz brings with him 16+ years of computer & network experience; has over 300 separate AVImark for Windows Installations and Onsite Hospital Training Sessions; and has provided AVImark Training thru his Regional Seminars for thousands of staff members and DVMs over the past 10+ yrs.

As owner of Clinicworks, Inc. he brings a dedication and personalization to the task of helping you setup your computer software, hardware and network.  He will work with you to make it fit your specific needs and stay within your budget, but he will never hesitate to recommend what he thinks is ”best” for each situation! Dr. Schmitz, a native Oklahoman and 1982 Graduate of Oklahoma State University.  As a past President of the Association for Veterinary Informatics, he makes his home in Broken Arrow, OK (just outside Tulsa) with his wonderful wife Janet, along with their four boys: Adam, Brandon, Cameron and Drake.  Click here to view or download a copy of his current resume! Dr. Paul believes in offering only the highest quality training and configuration of your system. His approach is very personalized. He will work with you prior to his arrival to make sure time with him is productive.

Whether you are doing a brand new install and conversion from an older system or if you need additional basic or some advanced training and support in new efforts to make your practice a “paperless” one, Dr. Paul can handle the task.  He is capable of customizing the time he spends with you to fit your needs.

Our rates:

Onsite Training and AVImark / Computer / Network Setup:
$900.00 per day* for Basic or Advanced Training / Setup / Integration
(*day = up to 10 hrs of training and setup)
Overtime rate: $100/hr for more than 10 hrs per day
Air travel, hotel, car rental, parking & related expenses extra (travel days are billable)

Telephone & Online AVImark Training / Computer Consults:
Online Training & Consulting = $125.00 / hr
Pre-Paid Long-term or Retainer-type Consulting options available as well
